Yummy Food - Fast to cook, good to eat

We are really happy to annouce our "Blog of the week"; its "Yummy Food".

The blog features mainly on Indian cuisine. As you go to the website, you can't help but notice that the author is not only a good cook, but also a very good photographer. The pictures on the blog look so good that you just want to grab a spoon and bite into the dishes from your computer screen.

The blog is maintained by Lubna Karim, who is located in Bangalore, India. She was born and brought up in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh and has been blogging since July 2008. It is really an achievement that she has been blogging for just over a year and yet the blog is so popular.

Since she comes from South India, it was not surprising to know that she loves Indian, especially Andhra recipes, her favorite being hot rice with dal and a dollop of ghee and papad.

We asked her what was the most flattering comment she received on her blog, but she modestly told us that there have been many comments that have been more than compliments to her and she did not want to just pick one.

We really want to congratulate Lubna and her blog "Yummy Food; Fast to cook, good to eat" for all the wonderful recipes which have been a great contribution to the blogging world.
